Welcome to the Layi Domain Blog! My name is Olayiwola Ibraheem Olanrewaju, and “Layi” comes from my family name, Olayiwola, which translates to “wealth prospers.” I was born and raised in Osun State, Nigeria. I’m married to my amazing and supportive wife, Wuraola, and we’re blessed with a beautiful daughter, Durrah (Durrah.io)
How I Discovered Domain Investing
Two years ago (2022), I came across domain investing after seeing an inspiring post by @Ishmilly on Instagram. That was my first introduction to the exciting world of domaining. I took the bold step of enrolling in his course, DRE.Academy. Since then, my journey into domain investing has been fulfilling but challenging. Like many beginners, I faced countless obstacles like figuring out how to compile domain keyword lists for targeted niches was one of them. It wasn’t until I saw a post by @Tonyname on X (formerly Twitter) about “how to curate your own list of keywords and use expired domains for quick research” that I truly began to grasp the process.

Even after taking courses, I realized there’s still so much to learn in the domain industry. That’s why I created the Layi Domain Blog—a community where beginners and experienced domainers can connect, share challenges, and learn from one another.

HI David , I’m really sorry to hear about the challenge you faced getting to renew your domains Gistonsports.com… to learn more about how you can renew your domain easily in other not to lose it please check Icann website Icann.org and when you get to site look for the “Search” section on the site and search using the keyword “RENEW DOMAIN” you would get answers to this question there. also you can also do a quick google search on your phone or laptop with this keyword “how do i renew my domain name” you should be able to see some videos from different domain registrar about how to renew a domain before it get expired depends on where you register your domain name…please feel free to reach out if you have more question or need help t solve this problem
